I have observed Frank Wilkie carefully as a Councillor and Deputy Mayor over the last decade. He is honest, caring and shows no particular bias to any group.  His support of the arts, environment and retaining the quality of life we have come to enjoy in Noosa, is sincere.  He is intelligent and articulate and listens to every side of an issue.  I wholeheartedly support his run for mayoral position.
